An award winning soft, juicy and savoury red wine with raspberry, cherry, lilac and pepper notes on the nose; black plums, cherries, blackberries and liquorice on the palate, followed by a peppery finish. Pair with red meats, especially lamb, and medium to mature cheeses.
In order for flavours to develop in the bottle this wine is neither filtered nor fined so it should be poured very carefully and it may benefit from decanting.
