Bruno Giacosa is the third generation of winemakers in his family. He is known to be a perfectionist, which is evident in the quality of the wine he makes. This Extra Brut sparkling wine is made using the traditional methods employed in Champagne, and with it's hints of biscuit and yeast alongside the fruit flavours, it is very much like an Italian 'Champagne'.
